Jan 10, 2017 Here is a download site for an Iomega ZIP 100 driver that lists supporting Windows 7. The other possibility is that there were external ZIP drives that were USB and that would avoid the parallel port driver problem. The ZIP 100 drive was a revelation in the previous century, I have a 1998 Dell T700R (PIII 750MHz, 768MB RAM, 30 and 80GB. May 16, 2017 I have bought a used iomega zip 100 driver, trying to read some sold discs. Together I bought a parallel-to-USB adaptor so that the driver can be connected to by PC, running on Windows 10. However, the PC does not recognize the zip driver at all. I saw some community message suggesting an old Windows version might work with Zip drive. In fact, for all of its external models, Iomega recommends installing the driver before you connect the drive. If you have an internal model, however, you should install the drive first. Note: Windows NT 4.0 doesn't support USB devices. Iomega has a driver that is supposed to permit USB Zip drives to work under NT 4.0, but UITS does not support.
